However, should the goal of promoting Taekwon-Do be compromised by any wrongful act, including libel or slander, anonymous or otherwise, the Alliance reserves its rights to pursue any action in defamation, tort or contract, as the case may be, in the event of any untrue statements propagated against the organisation or its instructors, including but not limited to addressing any malicious, unfounded and/or anonymous complaints to any organisation by way of private investigation or otherwise.  As the Alliance views integrity as paramount, it reserves its rights to sue, expel, or refuse admission to any individual, or where the individual is a minor, the individual's parent or guardian, who exhibits any behaviour unbecoming as a Taekwon-Do practitioner.
