Yih Horng start learning Taekwon-Do in 1994 and obtained his 1st Degree Black Belt on the 21st September 2001, 2nd Degree Black Belt in 22 June 2003 and 3rd Degree Black Belt in 12th November 2006.

 

Yih Horng had started teaching Taekwon-Do as an assistant instructor after he achieved his 1st Degree Black Belt  in 2001. There after Yih Horng started teaching in Bukit Batok Zone 3 RC and Jurong Green CC with his fellow instructor, and started instructing Zhenghua CC as the main instructor since 2006.

 

Yih Horng's personal achievements in tournaments includes a Silver Medal for Power Breaking and a Bronze  Medal for Sparring in 2014.
